Roughly two hours later everyone was getting ready to leave. When Kenzi and Nick let everyone else know what was going on and they received Kenzi's medicine they took her straight home. It was really early in the morning, about 2 am. Luckily the boy's tour was delayed one more day and they weren't leaving 'til the day after.
Mr. Dolan: You are all welcome to stay here if you don't want to drive home Kevin (Sr.) and if you'd rather go home then the boys can stay here again. Really, its no problem.
Mr. Jonas: They should probably get home and get packing, we've got a busy day tomorrow.
Nick: I'm packed already; I thought we were leaving later today.
Joe: Same.
Kevin: Me too. But I can bring everyone over tomorrow during the day okay? We'll all stay at our house tomorrow and we can leave extra early the next morning, sound good Dad?
Mr. Jonas: Sounds perfect, see you all tomorrow! Love you guys.
Mrs. Jonas: I love you boys, behave, and take care of Kenzi.
Jonas boys: Of course, ma. We love you too.
With that Mr. and Mrs. Jonas left. Frankie, Kevin, Joe, and Nick stayed at the Dolan's house as they had a million times before. They just left their sleeping bags there now, because they used to stay there so often. Nick insisted that Kenzi stay in her bed, she'd be too uncomfortable sleeping on the floor tonight. He stayed in her room with her. In the middle of the night McKenzie woke Nick up.
Nick: What's the matter? Are you alright?
McKenzie: Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just really hungry. Do I have to do something with this stupid medicine before I can eat?
Nick: Hah, yeah. You have to change the amount based on what we're eating. Let's go see what we've got.
McKenzie: Okay, can you show me how to change it though. I still don't understand.
Nick: No problem, I'll do mine and you follow along with yours okay?
McKenzie: Perfect.
They went down to the kitchen and found a bag of Doritos. (AN: My favorite!) Nick showed Kenzi how to figure out what to adjust her medicine to, based on how many sugars were in the chips. Soon after they went back upstairs and fell asleep. Kenzi felt so much better, and she was back to her normal self by the time that they were getting ready to leave for the tour.
Joe: Kacy, I'm so excited to get to spend all this time with you. I'll be getting to do the two things I love, playing our music and being with you.
Kacy: Me too, I'm so happy that you invited us to come with you. I don't know how I could have gone 3 whole months without you!
Joe: I know, you really are the love of my life; I'd go crazy without you.
Kacy just took all that in, not knowing what to say. "You really are the love of my life." And she knew he meant it, but she knew that she felt... (AN: HAHAH, sorry those last chapters made me love the cliffhangers. You'll find out what she was thinking soon.)
Kevin: Deena, this is going to be amazing. I'm gonna get to look offstage and see you anytime! During any show, not just the Jersey ones! It's gonna be the best tour we've ever had. It's...it's gonna be —
Deena:*Cutting Kevin off with a kiss* I know what you mean, stop talking so much. You're starting to sound like one of your teenage fan girls when they get good seats to your concert.
CUT BACK TO KACY BECAUSE I KNOW YOU WANT TO!
Kacy: Joe I- I- I love you too.
Joe kisses Kacy more passionately than he's every kissed anyone in his whole life. He knew he loved her, he knew he wanted her. He knew know that there was no way that Jessica Alba could top this girl; she was so beautiful, so sweet, and so genuine. He loved her, and he was gonna let her know just how much. (Less)
