1. "mabdog productions" graphic: Was very easy to make. I got the picture off of google (More) 1. "mabdog productions" graphic: Was very easy to make. I got the picture off of google (if whoever made it sees this, don't get mad.. I like it a lot). I got the explosion off of detonationfilms.net, and I changed the color with curves. It goes with my blue and black theme, and I like it a lot. The only thing is it got smashed down when I exported it.. so it's supposed to be streched out more than that.. but whatever VERDICT: good 2. time remapping: this is the first effect I tried. The first thing that came to mind when I got my after effects was "holy shit.. smooth slow motion!" and I made this. For what it is, I'd say I'm pleased. VERDICT: good 3. 3d space test: just testing out putting videos into 3d space and working the camera. I forget why the camera glitched out.. but it ended up looking ok. VERDICT: ok 4. Shatter test: I figured out how to use the shatter effect, and I just had to do this. It was probably the easiest effect I did here. very cool looking outcome VERDICT: great 5. suicide: learned this one from videocopilot.net.. like most of the things I learned how to do. I like it.. but the blood is kind of hard to notice. I should've shot this in the day. It looks like my head blew up like a balloon VERDICT: bad 6. hiding: probably the easiest effect I did here.. no.. scratch that.. this is DEFINATELY the easiest effect I did. The shatter effect was like really hard compaired to this. I think this effect is simple, but awesome. VERDICT: great 7. greenscreen test: If I could get the greenscreen working really well, I could make everything totally awesome. I love greenscreens.. but I have to say I failed at this one.. It was kind of cool.. but the lighting was really bad, so keying this was extremely painful. I think I could definately get some better lighting if I really wanted to.. so even though I kinda botched this one, it's still a good start. I also tested lightning.. but that's really nothing. VERDICT: ok 8. time freeze: ok, this was the most intensely hard one. If I had just gone behind him it would've been easy.. but I had to go in front of it, and make things a lot harder than they needed to be. It would've been easier if I'd known how to do it before. It took me a while just to figure out how to do it. Very much so a success tho. the only problem is that the lighting changed over time, so I had to add the flash to make it less noticable. It worked out. VERDICT: great 9. fight scene/skull smash well, the fight and bone break were nothing amazing VERDICT: good (Less)
