Importantes exponentes de la escena subterránea estadounidense aterrizarán en Chile. Psycho Realm, Evidence de Dilated Peoples y Self Scientific se presentarán el próximo 22 de diciembre en el Teatro Caupolicán, dentro del marco del Lost Angeles Underground Festival 2007.
Las primeras 1500 entradas generales podrán ser adquiridas a $8.000.- ya que luego costarán $10.000.-. La pre-venta del palco vip, en tanto, estará a $10.000.-, las primeras 150 localidades, mientras que después su precio se elevará a $12.000.-
Además, existirá la oportunidad de comprar tickets para el sector Chill Out Vip, a $20.000.- Una zona de carácter exclusivo y limitado, donde existe la oportunidad de disfrutar de un bar abierto y Meet & Green que dará la oportunidad de compartir con los artistas que se presentaran ese día. Sólo para mayores de 18 años.
Un festival que posteriormente derivará en una gran fiesta animada por los mejores dj's de la escena nacional y un set especial de Dj. Khalil de Self Scientific. Dos ambientes que contarán con la participación de Acres, Seltzer, B-Ese y Fuck, Dacel y Sophisto.
El evento reunirá a los artistas más destacados del movimiento que transita bajo la superficie de las calles de Los Angeles. Y es que luego de realizar una exitosa presentación, a principios de año en la Estación Mapocho, Psycho Realm vuelve a nuestro país.
Los hermanos González, Big Duke y Sick Jacken, formaron el grupo a principios de los '90. Posteriormente se une B-Real, de Cipress Hill, y editan su disco debut "The Psycho Realm" (1997). Un álbum que removió la escena underground estadounidense por sus letras descarnadas y su sonido a calle. En 1998 lanzan su segundo trabajo llamado "A War Story Book: I" bajo el sello Sick Symphonies.
Un año más tarde Big Duke abandona el grupo, debido a un disparo que lo alcanzó mientras comía en un restaurante. Sin embargo, Psycho Realm sigue en pie. Publican "A War Story Book: II" (2003), "Sickside Stories" (2005), "Terror Tapes Vol. 1" (2006) y recientemente Sick Jacken, junto a Dj. Muggs, lanzó "Legend the Mask & The Assassin".

También se presentará Evidence quien es parte fundamental de uno de los grupos más destacados del underground mundial, Dilated Peoples. Junto a Rakaa y Dj. Babu ha editado cuatro discos que han obtenido excelentes críticas de la escena subterránea y del público masivo de todo el globo.
Además de mc ha desempeñado la función de productor para diferentes grupos como Beastie Boys, Swollen Members, Defari, Planet Asia, entre otros. Incluso, ganó un grammy por la co-producción del álbum "Collage Dropout" de Kanye West. Pero ahora viene con un nuevo proyecto bajo el brazo. Acaba de lanzar su primer disco solista, llamado "The Weatherman LP". Un álbum que refleja cien por ciento la personalidad y talento de Evidence, tanto en las letras como en la producción del trabajo.

Y para cerrar con los invitados internacionales Self Sientific. El dúo de Los Ángeles compuesto por Chace Infinite y Dj. Khalil es uno de los pocos grupos capaces de atraer al público comercial y al underground. Su historia musical se remonta al año 2001 cuando lanzan su primer disco denominado "The Self Science", bajo la etiqueta de Los Ángeles Records. Un trabajo que se caracteriza por la perfecta simetría que alcanza gracias a los suaves toques jazzisticos que lograron impregnar en el álbum. Luego de tres años editan "God's and Gangster" (2004) para un año más tarde publicar su más reciente álbum llamado "Change" (2005).
En tanto, Dj. Khalil, trabaja codo a codo con Dr. Dre produciendo a mc's de la talla de 50 Cent, The Game y Tony Yayo. De hecho, su más reciente colaboración fue con el rapero Nas.
