Castlevania: Lament of Innocence Crazy Bosses Part 4 Final Castlevania: Lament of Innocence on Crazy difficulty.
This time it's the second (More) Castlevania: Lament of Innocence on Crazy difficulty.
This time it's the second Doppelganger, Walter, and Death. The Doppelganger was a little less predictable to me, Walter was a pushover, and Death was not that bad.
Doppelganger second - he does his cool guy poses, and he's getting beat down for that! He uses punch and kick combos, kind of like Trevor in Curse of Darkness. It was tough for me to predict if he was going to throw a single punch, or follow up with a combo, which led to a lot of me running around and baiting him. He didn't have that much HP, so he didn't take too much to go down.
Walter - I used the Wolf's Foot relic so I could have a recording of running away from the explosion attack ("Behold my strength!"). His three explosive dark orbs you can just stand away from and then counter after they explode. For the violet orb attack, you can block, and absorb your MP twice (once for the hit, once for the explosion, and you don't get guard broken). For the punch attack Walter will get right in your face, so just backstep and counter. For the energy that comes up out of the ground, just run away before the circles under your feet explode and counter.
Death - he uses a new attack ("It's over") where he shoots a ball into the middle of the battlefield and it explodes in a big, dark dome. You can Perfect Guard this if you're good at the timing (I'm not). You can also get right up against the edge of the battlefield and double sidestep into the walls just before you get hit. I could not consistently get this to work. I used the Invincible Jar relic to protect myself. I played a little sloppy, mistiming the sidesteps when he throws his scythe. A good way to avoid it is to listen to the whoosh when he spins it and then sidestep before you know he's going to throw it. Minions are easy to dodge; I got hit because I changed direction and tried to double sidestep away, but I must've hit jump before the block button, because Leon double jumped, and I took damage when it exploded on me. For the "Deadly Tempest," the flames come down four times instead of two, so either you can try to run away and jump over the shockwaves, get really good at Perfect Guards, or use the Invincible Jar, stand in front of Death, and whip him until he finishes. Personally, I'm for the last option.
No item usage in these battles. (Less)
