My Graphic Art coursework Exam "7 hours" by Jack Clifford After everyone who left positive and well appreciated comments on my first animation on the subject (More) After everyone who left positive and well appreciated comments on my first animation on the subject on foliage that I made in year ten, I decided to use the same idea of my graphics exam (even though It was a nightmare creating the first one). This time, I only had SEVEN HOURS to create this animation (which I still had to draw all the frames, scan each one and turn it into a movie document). I really wish I had as much time as I had for my first one to see if I had improved, but this was the only chance I had to do this in a college course. I would like to also like to warn people to not try this, as it is known as exam suicide. I animate in my sleep, and yet it was shear luck that I completed this in time. If you run out of time and only animate half a video, you will only be left with frames, which you probably could only get away with if you called it a flipbook. Plus animating in a time limit is way too much pressure (especially if you have Benny "a mate in graphics" reminding me that an animation would take for ever "over and over again" and an animation was a stupid idea, when everyone else was just doing little CD cases and posters on Photoshop).
This short animation is a representation of how we are replaced in this world and we are forgotten when we are replaced or die (dark I know but I was not a happy chap at the time). I would like to apologise about the poor video quality again, but I had even less time and (sorry about language) crappy resources. I had never been shown how to animate so I am actually quite proud of what I have achieved again
WARNING DON'T FOR WHAT EVER REASON DO AN ANIMATION IN AN EXAM (doesn't matter how good you are, not even a pro could do what I did in 7 hours)... I was just extremely lucky (and I had fanta to keep me calm)
Again like the first animation, there is nothing drawn on the cartoon using the computer, so please don't say that your 5 year old brothers flash cartoon is better, because as I said before, it is not as easy as using a computer software's which takes away all the fun.
ANIMATION IS A FORM OF ART... NOT AN I.C.T THING
Time comparison
GCSE art =140 hours (comfort of home and no part time job)
AS graphics = 7 hours (no brake, exam conditions and one can of fanta) (Less)
V.O.C.A.L. Injured, abused, forgotten by society. Cheated, robbed, destroyed by a heartless system. Look at (More) Injured, abused, forgotten by society. Cheated, robbed, destroyed by a heartless system. Look at this and realize the next victim may be YOU! Thousands across Canada are being cheated out of benefits by workers comp policies and procedures combined with government turning a blind eye to these abuses and in fact helping by removing a persons rights to medical and legal care. It is legal abuse leading to suicide for many. Thrown into poverty with no help from society. Forced to endure repetitive appeals. Loss of income forcing a person to sell everything they own. Medical conditions getting worse because of a lack of needed therapy etc. Lawyers demanding money but a person is too disabled to work and afford a lawyer. Workers compensation is an abusive murdering process designed to frustrate, anger, and otherwise emotionally and mentally abuse the most vulnerable in society. Once injured you are a prisoner of WCB's (Workers Compensation Boards)with literally all your medical and legal rights taken from you. Yes, it is written in Federal and Provincial legislation. Once injured you are at the mercy of a corrupt insurance company using various crimes, protected by government laws that are designed especially to take your rights away. This is more than unfair,it is criminal. No crime was committed by the injured employees and in many cases negligence on the companies part is to blame. Before 1915 in Canada you could sue for wage loss and medical care, now you have no rights, are abused by WCB's and unfortunately not able to get help anywhere else in society. It is government sponsored abuse of a citizen. Some people compare it to EUGENICS. It is. This systematic, systemic, abuse leads to the suicide of once strong and proud workers. This video is for the forgotten and abused citizens of Canada who have the misfortune to find themselves at the receiving end of this abuse. It is a call to wake up and take action against a corrupt system. What we suffer from is institutionalized abuse, government sanctioned. It must end. (Less)
