Pikmario vs Clockworks This is a video I made over 6 months ago (originally posted at flyffworld.com on 30th October 2007) (More) This is a video I made over 6 months ago (originally posted at flyffworld.com on 30th October 2007) but I never uploaded it to youtube back when I made it.
The in game text is a bit hard to read on youtube. It's probably a bit better if you view it in high quality (click the link under the video) or alternatively if you like the video and would like the download the high res xvid version, you can find the link to the video in the original thread I made for it at the flyffworld forum (there are two mirrors there):

Umm anyway, this video is from version 9, and is about Pikmario (an elementor) taking down clockworks as the only damage dealer. He used pretty much everything that could be used. This includes full buffs, upcut, activation scrolls, holy cross, link attack and what not. He used a +3 Shabel set pierced with 16% atk (the old 105 set, the red one, although in v11 now this has a different look).
He only attempted to kill CW this one time, and didn't set out to do it to farm it or for make money, since obviously an elementor isn't the best class to be killing clockworks with. He did it simply to prove that mages (or atleast, elementors) actually are capable of being able to take down clockworks within the time limit, with just support, just like most other fighter classes can. Efficiency isn't really the goal.
In v11 I think it's still possible, however, in v10 they nerfed the "fire strike + windfield on the action slot" combo, which before v10 if you used fire strike first, it added 20% damage to all your windfields for the next few seconds.
In the video the character I am playing on is one of my alts, an FS ringmaster. At the time it was level 94.
The last thing I'll say is that the people in there are all members of our guild, so things that seem funny to us might not even make one bit of sense to someone outside the guild. Just a pre-warning I guess, it should still be entertaining to anybody interested in it I hope.

Again as I said this video is sort of old now however comments are of course still appreciated. Enjoy the video!
Oh and I almost forgot. As a last note, you might have seen my video "jonno got bored", which is about a psykeeper in my guild. While he was on that INT build used in my "jonno got bored" video, he also killed clockworks. It was Pikmario who did clockworks first and jonno did it later, who was trying kill it faster than Pik did. I also recorded a video of jonno's clockworks, however I never fully finished editing the movie. Whenever I have some free time to finish it off, I will be posting it up on youtube too. (Less)

Upon release the game garnered mixed reviews due to a number of shortcomings, such as poorly programmed A.I., lack of a mid-game save option, and the lack of multiplayer features.
