It's never too late to be all you can possibly be for God's glory ..unless you're in a Christ-less grave! "Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of (true Christian) faith" (Gal 6:10). It's never too late to pray and catch a vision (or goal) for how God wants to use you to help people ..and in spreading the Gospel. It's been said, that we do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing as the years pass by. There's a time to work and to play. Do you desire to stay young at heart, be happy, and achieve real success? Live 100% for the Lord! Blessed is that person (see Psalm 1. Blessed means: happy, happy). You have to laugh and find humor every day. You've must be born again! Why? Because you must be born again (See John 3:3 in the Bible). You've got to have a God-given dream that's money-motivated, egoistic or narcissistic. You've got to appropriate and moment by moment be controlled by the power of the Spirit ..not in a spooky or weird kind of religious way. But you've got to practice what you preach by properly applying the Scriptures daily ...in a winsome, lovely way! When you lose your personal relationship with God through Christ and your God-given dreams, you die a kind of death inside. But God can heal you if you will return to Him. COME BACK! There are so many people walking around who are dead inside and don't even know it because they don't know the beauty of walking with Jesus Christ! By prayer, walk with Him! You know there is a huge difference between growing older and growing up. If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don't do one productive thing, you might turn twenty years old. If I am forty eighty years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything productive, I might turn forty nine. Anybody can grow older. That doesn't take any skill or special ability. The idea is to grow-up by always obeying God's Word and by finding opportunity to glorify Christ everyday, even during times of change. Tell God you are sorry for all your wrong doings and ask Him to forgive you. Have a sense of urgency about your involvement in rescuing the perishing! Have a healthy Bible teaching church, a pure heart that's Jesus-cleansed, a right spirit, sound doctrine (that agrees with the Bible), proper motives and no regrets! Many elderly people don't have regrets for what they did, but many do for things they didn't do. Don't sin by omission—proactively do what's right! The only people who fear death are those who are regretful and not yet forgiven. It's been said, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL. Growth starts with knowing Jesus! MAKE RIGHT CHOICES IN HIM! Choose Christ now! (Less)
