John Rambo: The original "JUKEBOX HERO" returns. This was featured in my old account,The reason why i picked this song was because i heard a urban (More) This was featured in my old account,The reason why i picked this song was because i heard a urban myth rumor that it has become a personal anthem for the character of "Rambo" just like our country's national anthem:"Star-Spangled Banner." There was even a video on youtube Called "Rambo Homage," which actually featured "Jukebox Hero." The Lyrics in the song kind of gives mythical clues of what Rambo went through. Heres some examples: "STANDING IN THE RAIN WITH HIS HEAD HUNG LOW...COULDN'T GET A TICKET...IT WAS A SOLD-OUT SHOW." which can mean that Rambo was looking for chances to be accepted back in his country after the vietnam war but society wouldn't let him. The other lyric:" WITH STARS IN HIS EYES," meaning:He took a look at the american flag and had the drive to fight for his country. The last lyric:"HE HAD ONE GUITAR AND HE STARTED ROCKIN'," meaning: He took a machine gun and started kickin' ass!!!
another reason why i picked the song is when people go see an action movie they get that adrenline rush, they get all pumped-up like the volume of a radio; A Jukebox!!! all juked-up. and Rambo was the first person ever to put the action genre on the map, if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have had the action heroes during his prime leading to now So, thats why he is the original "Jukebox Hero," and thats why we are all "juked-up" for his return...Enjoy!!!
