I. Summer
Needles into the precipice
Volcano mighty and wide bellied
Swallows the cataclysm's future
We cast spears into each other's agonies

Hollow basements and high offices
Images lay siege
The terrors of the unfortuned

The foot sure the friends true

III. Winter
Wiretap the sucess
Alter bending circles of influence

Our public massed in search

Waving in a frozen wind

Not blue not black etching sillouette flikker
Endless fractal forever green but not green
A pause of boundary's edges a look across
To see the turtles stacked each with
Fine flowers and jasmine incense the

Nonetheless, I had a great time along with a whole buncha folks from YT, some of whom I already knew, some of whom I had seen on occasion, and some of whom I had never seen.
And what a great bunch of people! Everybody was just as pleasant as a fresh spring breeze. curt344 went out of his way to make sure that people were mingling and becoming familiar. dl737 was recording all kinds of little things that will no doubt appear in some collaborative effort with curt344 later on. videochick770 was doing a professional documentarian's job of recording everything, and doing it using professional equipment.
By the way, videochick770 sent me the first YT "friend" request that I've accepted. It's kinda odd that all the previous friend requests had come from people I never knew existed, much less had talked to, but folks like curt344, biblegirl7, billybobjoe57, and others have never friend requested me. Not that I blame them, of course -- these folks have lots of subscribers and don't need "friend" messages from some useless geek all the time.
So, we had participation from users with as few as eight subscribers and as many as 20,000 subscribers all hanging out at Navy Pier. What a great time!
