Bush's fearmongering U.S. counterterror experts on 12/04/03 declared that it may be "never-before-broadcast video of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. The FBI says it is familiar with the video, which was provided by a friendly bystander. But that raises the question — how did a tape that was not widely circulated end up on a known al-Qaida site?"

Notice the plane flys very straight instead of coming in at a downward slope as seen in other videos (such as CBS Live 1 and CBS 9:05). Also notice the speed of the ferry boat going in the opposite direction compared to the plane. Officials say this video was said to be shot by the "terrorists" under the Brooklyn Bridge.

The "terrorism" analyst was Ben Venzke, who supplies material to U.S. law enforcement, he downloaded the material from a known al-Qaida Web site.
The little-known videos they put on their site - were NOT little-known to the FBI. They were in their possesion.
Note that the FBI admits already being familiar with this video tape, and will only state that it was shot by a "friendly bystander". So here we have a tape that the FBI knows about showing up on this "Al Qaeda linked" website. Put two and two together. - M. R.

Considering that they have virtually unlimited resources and that it's their job to know these things, how did both of them come to the conclusion that this is previously unseen footage?
