+ SKUA: While at Mountview Drama School he formed a Nu-Metal Band called 'Skua' with some of his friends in 1998. The three members call themselves Skuas. They call their music "pyschedelic, progressive, jazzrock". Paul left the band when he auditioned for S Club 7.
+ S CLUB 7: He was spotted by Simon Fuller's 19 Entertainment when he appeared in a show there and was asked to audition for S Club 7. With 13 amazing hit singles, four top-selling albums, four hugely populat TV series and a blockbusting movie S Club 7 have been the UK's brightest, pop packing, Brit Award winning and international pop phenomenon... that's a fact!!! Paul was the first to leave S Club 7, in June 2002, declaring his dislike of pop music and the highly commercialised world of pop in general.
* After leaving S Club he rejoined his old band Skua, but the band split up before they'd even started
+ CHARLIE BULLITT: Paul re-emerged as the lead singer and songwriter of a rock band called Charlie Bullitt. Throughout most of 2005 the group performed in a number of clubs and pubs in such places as London, Brighton and Aberdeen - but they failed to attract any significant attention and in October 2005 Paul left the group.
* 2007: Paul played in a theatre play 'Beauty and the Beast', classic tale. "The all-singing, all-dancing Summer spectacular..." Paul's part was the Prince. The plays were played at The Hazlitt Theatre and New Empire Theatre, starting in August. The cast was conformed by Pete Hillier, as Silly Billy; Paul Ferguson, as Crazy Claude and Carly Hillman, as the Beauty.
+ '07-'08: Paul has been working hard on a new collection of songs with writing & production partner Lee Turner, with a view to securing a deal and releasing an album sometime in 2008. (Less)
