SARAH: Hey mom! How are you and Dad?
[Sarah is in her dorm room]
MOM: We're fine, but we miss you.
SARAH: I know, but I can't come home just yet. I've still got finals next week.
MOM: Ok, dear.
[Sarah could hear the question in her mom's voice]
SARAH: [Sighing] Fine Mom. I'll come home the day after my last final.
MOM: Really? That would mean the world to us.
SARAH: Yes.
MOM: Good. I'll have your father marinade the steaks!
JOE: It's Sam!
[Sam, who was about to walk into Forever 21, turned around at the sound of her name, but she didn't see anyone she knew. She walked away]
JOE: Kevin, aren't you going to say hi?
KEVIN: I... don't know if I should.
NICK: Why not? You haven't talked to her in 2 years.
[Kevin looked at his brothers, uncertain]
JOE: [Shrugging] It wouldn't hurt.
KEVIN: Ok.
[Kevin walked into the store and looked around for Sam. She was looking at a short red dress when he came up to her]
KEVIN: That would look really nice on you.
[Sam looked up at him, confused. Kevin was still in his disguise]
SAM: Do I know you?
KEVIN: Yeah, it's me, Kevin.
[He lifted his hat to show her his face]
SAM: Kevin! How are you?
[She gave him a hug]
KEVIN: I'm doing well, but I thought you were in Boston.
SAM: I was, but I'm visiting my parents for a couple of weeks.
KEVIN: I've missed you.
SAM: [Smiling] I missed you too.
NICK: It looks like they're talking. For a moment I thought she was going to hit him with those dresses.
JOE: How can you see through all those hot girls in there? Do you see the one in the blue dress?
NICK: No, but I do see the girl who's on this month's cover of Elle.
JOE: [Confused] Sheryll's on the cover of Elle this month.
[Joe turned to look where Nick was pointing. Sheryll was shaking hands with some men in expensive-looking dress shirts, carrying briefcases with her manager behind her]
SHERYLL: Good afternoon, Mr. Weldon. Mr. Anderson.
ANDERSON: Good afternoon, Sheryll. We loved you're photograph on Elle.
WELDON: Let's talk about a photo shoot for Seventeen, taken by us.
LANCE: Of course. Shall we?
[They walked into the restaurant]
[Joe grabbed Nick by the shoulders]
JOE: Should I go talk to her? Should I try calling her phone? Wait, she probably changed her number. Should we follow them and grab a bite to eat? What should I do?
NICK: You should let go of my neck before I get bruised.
[Joe let go]
NICK: Thank you. I don't think we should bother her. She might be busy.
JOE: You're my brother! You were supposed to encourage me!
NICK: You asked for my opin—.
JOE: Come on.
[Joe grabbed Nick by his hat and dragged him into the restaurant looking for a table near Sheryll's. The waitress could only follow the boys to seats looking confused as she set their menus down]
WAITRESS: Can I get you two drinks?
JOE: Strawberry milkshake.
[Joe was watching Sheryll and blurted out her favorite drink]
NICK: I'll have lemonade.
WAITRESS: I'll be right back with your drinks.
JOE: I haven't seen her in person in 2 years.
NICK: Looks like she's changed a bit.
JOE: She's wearing makeup, but that's probably the only thing that's changed about her. She still has that smile.
NICK: What are you planning Joe?
JOE: What makes you think I'm planning something?
NICK: You've got that I'm-about-to-do-something-that-you-should-stop-me-from-doing face.
JOE: I'm a good actor.
NICK: Sure.
ANDERSON: [Laughing] You really shouldn't make me laugh while I'm drinking. It wouldn't make a pretty sight.
WELDON: You should've seen him at the gathering for the release of Elle.
[Sheryll and Lance exchanged scared faces]
ANDERSON: Back to the photo shoot, Weldon. We have a big idea for the cover.
WELDON: We want you to partner with a very popular band.
LANCE: Sheryll rarely partners with more than one person for a photo shoot. And she never has for a cover.
WELDON: We know. But we would sell more magazines if she would share the cover with the Jonas Brothers.
[Sheryll had been picking at her food when she heard the name Jonas, as did Nick and Joe]
LANCE: They are pretty popular still. What do you think Sheryll?
[Sheryll had never told Lance about her past with the Jonas Brothers. She didn't want him taking advantage it]
SHERYLL: I don't know.
LANCE: [Whispering] Sheryll, this is a great opportunity.
SHERYLL: But—.
JOE: [In Australian accent] Sheryll! My friend, it's me!
[Sheryll was frightened of the man with the weird getup and fake accent]
SHERYLL: Excuse me. Do I know you?
JOE: You sure do.
[Joe tilted his hat so Sheryll was the only to see his face. If she was surprised, she hid it very well]
SHERYLL: Mr. Anderson, Mr. Weldon, will you please excuse me for a moment. (Less)

The similarities between the two books are specifically related to the subject of NOT trying to sell people, but allow them to come to their own conclusion! Also if there is no sale to be made then gracefully wish and help that person in the direction THEY want to go in...and as best as you can.
98% of the population are sales resistant! Both Michael Dlouhy and Michael Oliver advise strongly against traditional sales techniques.
Network marketing is not a sales business it is a teaching and mentoring business!
By being a mentor with a servants heart you will build relationships with people and become a much more likeable person that people want to join and work with.
The rewards are incredible I can assure you!
I used to nervously pick up the phone to speak to my prospective partners or customers. I remember it used to feel like picking up a brick, now it just floats in my hand...and don't you think the person on the other end of the phone notices that, and feels that?
...They do trust me, and the level of cooperation goes sky high with it!
