I shall have some concert pictures for you soon.] Chapter 40- The girls walked into the stadium, their mouths hanging wide open. It really looked like a fairytale. The room was lit by a huge chandelier in the center and little tee candles on the tables. The tables had lace tablecloths. It truly looked like something out of Cinderella. The boys smiled at the girls as they headed to opposite sides of the room to take their seats. Ali looked around frantically, she wanted to find Jason before he could find her. The girls sat their purses and scarves down on their table and headed around the room to greet people. As Sam was talking to a friend she had met through the business, Joe came up and grabbed her from behind. Sam smiled as she felt his tight grasp and turned around in his arms. Hi, Joe said smiling. Hi, Sam said. She gave him a quick kiss and followed him out onto the dance floor. Sam wrapped her arms around his neck. Prom style?, Joe said. Sam nodded. I never went to my senior prom, Sam said. Joe smiled. Me either, Joe said. The two danced for about two songs. Sam would occasionally lay her head on the base of his neck, thinking to herself was it really possible that he was hers. Joe led her off the floor a little after two songs and brought her to his table. He went and grabbed them a drink and brought it back to the table. The two sat talking and occasionally people would walk up to them and say hello, but pretty much their night was really chill. Ok, so I cant really keep it a secret anymore, Sam said. Joe looked at her with a confused look. What?, Joe asked, not sure if he should be asking. Ok, so I talked to your mom and dad earlier this week and found out that you guys have this weekend off, so after this party, we are going to Tahoe because I miss the snow and there is no one else I would rather spend it with, Sam said all in one breath. She really wasnt sure if Joe would even want to go with her, but she hope that he would. Joe smiled a little. No one else?, Joe said. Sam laughed a little. Well, you are my celebrity crush, Sam said. Joe laughed and leaned forward to give Sam a quick kiss. She was so excited now. So, its only going to be us?, Joe asked. Sam nodded. Is that a problem?, Sam asked. Joe smiled. Yes and no. I mean, I want nothing more then to spend all my free time with you and my family, but if Im alone with you, Im not sure if I can, whats the words, control myself, Joe said smiling shyly. At first Sam looked taken back, how was she going to respond to that. But after a second of thought she smiled. Joseph Adam Jonas, if you are talking about what I think you are talking about, then let me say one thing. As long as youre my boyfriend, that promise will stay intact. And whos to say I dont have any self control, Sam said sort of laughing. Joe smiled and wrapped and arm around her, pulled her close and kissed her on the cheek. He pulled her out onto the dance floor. Sam once again wrapped her arms around Joes neck, taking in everything. His scent. The music coming from the instruments that orchestra was playing. The couples dancing around them. The food being served around the room. It was weird to think they had only been at the part for forty-five minutes. After the song ended Sam and Joe went their separate ways. Joe went to his table to eat with his brothers and his parents and Sam went back to her table filled with butterflies to sit with Lindsey and Ali. Ali had a worried look on her face, while Lindsey just looked bored. It amazes me how her still makes me feel weak in the knees. I swear the whole time we were dancing was because he was holding me up, Sam said. Ali and Lindsey slightly smiled. You two really are the perfect couple, Ali said. She swiftly looked across the room to find Nick smiling at her. She flashed him a quick smile then looked away. Ali, have you talked to Jason?, Sam said. Ali shook her head no. She hadnt seen him all night, which was a relief, but the faster she got this over with, the sooner she could be with Nick. Lindsey, you speak with Kevin?, Sam said. Ha, if I could get near him. Hes been with Juli. Ill have to ambush him if he goes to the bathroom, Lindsey joked. The three of them laughed. Ali felt two arms wrap around her and she automatically recognized this persons scent.
