Many years of field use has uncovered a glitch with the M68 CCO: it has no markings to show when its turned off--or not. After having to fight an entire JRTC rotation without a red-dot aimpoint and letting some OPFOR live another day, we came up with a Fx solution: oil paint marks on the M68 on/off switch to visibly depict when its off to save battery life.
