This was pretty special for us because not many hardcore dj's played in this country before us. The party was held on Wednesday night, pretty strange since most parties we play at take place during the weekend. Thilo & Evanti joined us on this trip to Sweden. These hardstyle dj's had to play before us. We arrived in Stockholm at 14.00.The driver and the team of Reign pr were waiting for us to bring us to our hotel. When we dropped of our lugage we went to see the venue. The place looked nice and the crew was working very hard to get everything ready for the party. We noticed they put a lot of effort to create an original stage. The decoration looked great with all the old tv's and nice plasma screens. The promoter set up some sort of small tv studio to take some interviews with us. After that we had a quick dinner and a photo shoot. We decided to take a shower after that to appear fresh at the party. When we entered the venue it was not that busy. It was obvious that most people came for us and Thilo & Evanti. As soon as Thilo & Evanti started their set the dance floor was completely filled. They played a set the crowd liked very much, the atmoshpere was great. We were pretty curious about the crowds reaction to our hardcore set. Because most people saw an international hardcore act for the first time. But as soon as we entered the stage the people went crazy. We did not even play a record and the whole crowd put their hands in the air and screamed our name! During every breakdown in our set all hands went in the air and the people made an amazing amount of noise. It was a great experience! The people loved it, and so did we. The reactions we received after our set were flattering. It appears they want us back in Sweden as soon as possible! After the party we had a mid-night snack at Mac Donalds and after that we went to the hotel. The next morning we had breakfast with Thilo, Evanti and the whole crew. After that Thilo & Evanti had to go to the airport. We stayed in Stockholm one day extra to check out the city. During the day the promoter took us on a tour through Stockholm. We took a lot of pictures and had some beers. A couple of hours later we received a phone call from Thilo. Their flight was cancelled and they came back to Stockholm to hang out with us for a couple of hours. When they left (again) we headed to a pub with the promoter and we had some more drinks. After that we had the best Italian meal and of course some more drinks.That night we explored the Stockholm nightlife. It was great! We spend the whole night in a cool club with a lot of beautifull blond girls and great music. It was pretty hard to wake up on friday morning but we could not afford to miss our flight. So we dragged ourselves to the airport to catch our plane to Holland. We had an amazing time in Sweden, the crowd was simply amazing! We think hardcore has a great future in this country. (Less)
