What this series of videos is...
1) A complete playthrough of the NES game Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. All 6 stages are completed by both characters.
2) A proof that it can be finished without a continue.
What this series of videos is not...
1) A speedrun. Mr Hyde can be skipped, but I find completing him as well to fight the last boss seems a better choice.
2) A video engineered with save states or cheat. The only deviation from an actual NES console is the usage of an emulator to play and having fraps offscreen.

Known flaws:
- Once in a while, an arrow will appear due to my rather sensitive mouse.
- The video is rendered two times to decrease its size, so it is inevitable with the quality loss.
Tips:
- The only way to deplete the coin point is to give it to the singing lady. 8 coins are spent to make her stop singing.
- In this game, there is a variety of "annoyances" to deplete the HJ bar. Some only deplete the HJ bar, while some can actually only deplete the life bar, which can be dangerous when turning to Hyde.
- Fatal annoyances(Those that depletes your life bar) includes bomb, sing, gravedigger, barrel and the bumping pedestrians in Level 4. Beware the pedestrians, as they deplete only the life bar!
- So if you find a spider and you are running out of health, it is best to let that radioactive arachnid bite you to allow you to turn to spi... uh, Mr Hyde.
- Most of the time the hunter will drop the duck in front of you. So to fool this AI, you can face backward and wait for the duck to fall behind you and proceed! (Less)
