He's still bored.
Dance of Illusions/Illusionary Dance gets the rock/metal treatment, courtesy of Perfect Selection Dracula Battle II, and performed by Naoto Shibata.
I'm always up for remixes and arrangements no matter how different they sound as long as I'm able to recognize the song itself. Listening to the latest version to Dance of Illusions for Dracula X Chronicles, I found myself listening to every version of them again, and the newest version is by far my favorite although I love them all (except the CotM version). But because I haven't seen this version on YouTube, I decided to upload Dracula's most recognized song arranged with an older metal style.
Just a warning, if you're listening to this expecting it to have the same feel as what you're used to, you're only going to disappoint yourself. And again, all flaming comments regardless of what's being flamed will be deleted!
This isn't a music video by any means. I just didn't want a still, lifeless image for a backdrop. Not criticizing those that do, but with After Effects on this machine I will use it. I could have done better if I felt the need to, but some things got out of sync with the upload. I just didn't want the video itself to be too dull. Don't forget to listen to the song itself!
All of the sprites were ripped and edited by me, except for the clouds and moon which I created from scratch.
Also added a little something at the end. With all the drug-inducing effects the castle seems to be having, you'd think it'd have some kind of effect on mortals wandering throughout the castle, especially if they've eaten nothing but meat and cake on their journey... you might have to pause and take a closer look to get it. Castlevania: Curse of Darkness Crazy Boss Battle 1 Castlevania: Curse of Darkness on Crazy difficulty.
This is against the Crazy Armor from the (More) Castlevania: Curse of Darkness on Crazy difficulty.
This is against the Crazy Armor from the Abandoned Castle. This is all I could fit into one video, because I had to play very defensively. I'm level 6, the boss is level 29. Amazingly to me, I didn't get hit at all. The damage values I list came from the practice battle I engaged in before I recorded. Of course, no item usage in this battle.
First form - he uses dangerous three hit combos more often than on Normal mode, and they do a lot more damage. The boss hits for around 60+.
Second form - watch the top of the screen so you can see when the flames are coming, then roll backwards out of his range. Afterwards, roll in, take a full combo, then at most one more hit, and roll away. He will either launch his flame thrower again, which you can see coming, or he will shoot fire balls from each arm, which you can't. If you're hit with the fire ball, they will do 40+ damage. (Less)
