I'm the hollowman ------------------------------------------- C'est en 1989 que Entombed est formé, sur les cendres du groupe death Nihilist créé quelques années plus tôt (1987) Grâce à une première démo (But Life Goes On), Entombed se fait vite repérer par Earache Records. Après avoir signé avec le label, la formation suédoise enregistre l'album Left Hand Path en 1990. Après plusieurs tests, le groupe recrute un bassiste fixe en 1991 : Lars Rosenberg. La même année Entombed publie l'album Clandestine et enchaîne avec une tournée au USA puis en Europe. L'EP Hollowman sort en 1993 puis c'est au tour de Wolverine Blues : album qui remporte un franc succès. L'année 1994 voit paraître l'EP Out Of Hand. Fin 1995, Lars Rosenberg est remplacé à la basse par Jörgen Sandstrom (ex-chanteur et bassiste de Grave) Plusieurs albums, EP et MCD s'en suivent. Le style du groupe devient plus rock et moins death. En 2000, Entombed revient en force avec Uprising. L'année suivante sort Morning Rise. Après une excellente prestation au Grammy Awards suédois en 2002, la formation sort Sons Of Satan Praise The Lord. En 2003, Entombed refais surface avec l'album Inferno. Respectés, c'est un vrai plaisir de les retrouver de nos jours. Bon visionnage. Groumph' (Less)
