Het verhaal van deze video is het volgende. Ik heb nog nooit met Ray en David samen gespeeld. Ray is een heel erg goede en ervaren leadguitarist die heel goed kan improviseren en David is een heel erg goede percussionist, die ook erg goed kan improviseren. Hij beschikt over een groot aantal exotische percussie instrumenten. Hij heeft trouwens geen drumkit en conga's gebruikt. Wel een Cajon en aan aantal andere percussie instrumenten. Ray en David geven trouwens allebei les. Ongeveer een week van te voren heb ik ze wat liedjes gestuurd. Tijdens de daadwerkelijke sessie heb ik eerst een liedje solo gespeeld en de tweede keer speelden Ray en David mee en werd het meteen opgenomen. Het werkte wel goed behalve misschien het eind van het liedje. Maar het geeft aan, dat als je de eigenschap hebt om goed naar elkaar te blijven luisteren onder het spelen, dat de muziek vanzelf komt. Er ontstaat een vibe en een harmonie. Als het aan mij ligt speel ik met een heel symfonieorkest. Maar een strijkerssectie is ook goed. Ik hou van violen. En van fluiten trouwens. My personal thoughts on making music: 1) Music to me is by definition emotions. A song is an island filled with deep emotions and feelings and a song must be able to touch the listener in the heart and soul. 2) I don't believe in simply copying the orginal. Try to change a song into your own version of it. For instance in the way you play an instrument and/or sing or change tempo or add different musical arrangements,etc. 3)I don't mind playing covers of songs. In the classical music world almost everything consists of covers. The musicpieces of composers are often centuries old.In popular music it's no problem playing songs written and recorded by others.Just add what is specifically your own. 4) Music is always subject to people's personal taste. Your background, culture, the country you live in, your environment, etc, are factors that may influence your musical taste. But all humans have emotions and feelings. With music you can touch someone in the heart and soul and arouse emotions and feelings. 5) pure technical skills don't necessarily mean that a music piece or song is conceived as beautiful. 6) it are the listeners that will judge your songs and music. Not you as the musician or other people in the music business. (Less)

It is a type of theremin - oldest electro-musical instrument invented in Russia - shaped Russian traditional wooden doll, Matrioshka. It hold form of Matrioshka perfectly, moreover, performing five octaves range. The distance of 1 octave at Low-Middle range is equal to Etherwavetheremin of Moog Music Inc. If you have acquired the basic technique to play theremin by Etherwavetheremin, you can enjoy playing Matryomin by same way. Matryomin is only pitch controlled theremin. Mandarin Electron, a company directed by Masami Takeuchi, started manufacturing Matryomin on a commercial basis in 2003. Now, Matryomin is going on 2nd generation model.
