It is well established that Hillary Clinton, who whines most when she is attacked is the primary polictical practitioner of the "politics of personal destruction" (the primary overall agent of such negative politics being the mainstream media, although Hillary Clinton is more able to USE the mainstream media for this purpose more than any other politician).
I am on record in this blog as stating that CHARACTER ASSASSINATION is one of the EVILS of our times, and of our politics--whether such smears are against Democrats or Republicans. I am just clear eyed enough to realize that Democrats have more access to the mainstream media to spread these smears than Republicans do (even though Republican politicians may be just as willing to engage in this kind of tactic).
The latest example of one of these ridiculous SMEARS is by a Democrat (Hillary Clinton) against a Democrat (Barack Obama). Obama had the nerve to correctly suggest that Hillary Clinton has been polanning for a long time to run for President. Did ANYONE believe Hillary Clinton's statement, running for Senbator from New York, that she was not interested in running for President? I don't want to believe that there is anyone that stupid. There is even some reported information that Hillary Cltinon and Bill made an ARRAGEMENT long ago that he would run for President first, and then she would have her chance. Whether you belive that or not, Obama's comments were fairly clearly aimed at Hillary Clinton.
Especially with regard to Hillary Clinton, it is a far point that she is part of the PAST. As this blog has pointed out, Hillary Clinton's candidacy violates the SPIRIT of the 22nd Amendment. The 22nd Amendment is part of the CONSTITUTION (which leftists really do not care a hoot about, but only about USING their screwball interpretation of the Constitution to advance a leftiis POLITICAL agenda by judicial fiat). Is not the candidacy of a SPOUSE of a two term President a way around the 22nd Amendment? Is Hilary Clinton not trying to extend a Clinton Presidency (which, remember, both she and Bill allege to have been a PARNERSHIP) to a FOUR TERM Presidency--longer than that of Franklin Roosevelt (the reason for the 22nd Amendment in the first place). Is it not a valid point that this end run around the 22nd Amendment is too much Clinton? I think so.
The Clinton campaign decided to strikeback. They had dug up a THIRD GRADE assingnment paper of Barack Obama where he said he would like to be President (no one could make this stuff up). They first suggested privately to the mainstream media that this showed that Obama was a LIAR when he said that he only recently decided to run for President. Now Clinton campaign operatives have come out and directly made the allegation.
If you have stopped laughing, think of how this is just an extension of the SMEAR against Senator Allen of Virginia that he used to N-word in COLLEGE in Virginia. These attempted SMEARS are totally irrelevant as to whether a person should be elected to an office, and the mainstream media are lying hypocrites when they facilitate these irrlevant character smears (while saying that "negative" politics is such a bad, evil thing).
As to Clinton USING the willing media for dirty tricks, it turns out that this gay general that CNN flew in for the YouTube debate (and then allowed to make a SPEECH) was not even a regular YouTube user. He evidently went on YouTube for the specific purpose of proposing this question (Clinton campaigan, anyone?--remember that he is on a Clinton campaign steering committee). It also turns out that people at CNN were well acquainted with General Kerr. This whole idea that "news" should be AGENDA driven is another EVIL of the media today, although hardly the only evil of the mainstream media (see the earlier entry today on this blog about the EVIL of ESPN, which has nothing to do with political agenda). RECAP: Nick got mad at Joe and went to Cindy's house. Giselle comforts Joe while he helps her catch up with school work...

(Nick rolled to Cindy's house to talk to her. He's trying to be a good friend by helping. He rings the doorbell)
Cindy: (Opens the door) Nick!? (Looks around) What are you doing here?
Nick: I thought you could use a friend. I heard what you said before you left. Wanna talk about it?
Cindy: (Unsure) I don't think that's such a good idea.
Nick: Come on. You know you need to talk to someone about it, get it off your chest.
Cindy: (Sighs) Fine, come in.
(Nick enters and they take a seat at a table, Nick in his chair of course. There was silence for a few minutes until Nick broke it)
Nick: You're not like her you know.
Cindy: I'm just like her, unfortunately.
Nick: No you're not. Tammie would have never helped in the beginning. You did. Everything was fine until that day about 2 weeks ago.
Cindy: I know and I'm so sorry for that. It's just like, the more I try not to be like her, the more I become her. It's so frustrating.
Nick: I know all about frustration.
Cindy: (Angry) How?! You're like perfect. It's not like anything is wrong with you.
Nick: (Looks down and sucks his cheek)
Cindy: (Realizes) Oh Nick! I'm so sorry! (Hits her thighs with her fists) See! I told you I'm becoming more and more like that bitch everyday!
Nick: (Rubs her back) Fight it Cindy. It's gonna be fine. Listen, I wanted to wait until Lindsey got back, but I have a surprise that I've been hiding from everyone.
Cindy: (Curious) And what is that?
Nick: (Shows her the surprise) {AN: Did you really think I was gonna tell you?}
Cindy: (Stunned) OH MY GOD! (Runs over and hugs him) You goofy goober! Why didn't you tell me!?
Nick: (Hides the surprise) You kinda didn't wanna talk to me, remember?
Cindy: (Laughs) Oh yea. (Smiles) This is so amazing. Everyone will love it just like they love you. I know I do.
Nick: Huh?
