INCORPORATING THE BLACK SEA INTO THE WORLD OCEAN INCORPORATING THE BLACK SEA INTO THE WORLD OCEAN
Black Sea is a closed system. Bosporus, the only (More) INCORPORATING THE BLACK SEA INTO THE WORLD OCEAN
Black Sea is a closed system. Bosporus, the only link to the World Ocean, is not sufficient to exchange the water layers due to specific currents. These, along with the disturbed ecological balance contribute to the very high content of hydrogen sulphide in its waters. Consequently, below a certain depth there is no life in the Black Sea. This makes the prospects of its future quite uncertain and pessimistic.
I propose a very simple recipe for saving the Black Sea and this is to incorporate it into the World Ocean. This recipe is universal and could be applied to any sea and more globally to the whole human civilisation.
The sea is a living organism. It is the primal bouillon where life has first appeared. In one litre of seawater there are billions of microscopic species, specific to the flora and fauna of the particular sea. Every single cell has the universal formula of life coded in it. Water is what maintains life in the cell. In case if dehydration life stops and all the genetic information remains "fixed" in its current state. After complete evaporation we have the sea salt which is unique to every sea and distilled water which is just H2O. This water is released up in the atmosphere but on the other hand can be bought in any shop in the world. If kept appropriately this concentrated extract can be preserved for an unlimited period of time. The good thing is you can always add water and reconstitute one real, true "mini" sea.
So, if such an encapsulated extract could be made from the Black Sea waters while there are living organisms in it and by placing this extract at various points in the World Ocean we could guarantee the life and evolution of the Black Sea flora and fauna.
Hypothetically, such an extract could provide he necessary information to restore life even if it has long gone from the face of the Earth. (Less)
