It includesthree different performances: Super-gorila/Chewing gum + © Copyright + Hidden Track. About the cycle "Shall we dance": "This cycle is done step by step. In the shape of duets. A Praga performer invites another person (artist or not) to interact with him/her. The cycle "Shall We Dance" could have had another name, but this one worked well "for" and "to" the point of this cycle: an invitation for a dance! I invite you, and together we invite the audience. We repeat little steps. It is like tuning some frequency to get some music and then suddenly getting it. The one that you like. Then you'll start shaking your head, and when you're almost dancing, before you notice it, the music comes to a final end. "Shall We Dance" wants to be, before hand, an engine for exploring complicities, in this cycle, an exploration shared by multiple hands." About "Hidden Track": "The performer dressed as a sailor searches outside the theatre for a partner to dance with him in the end of the performance. A hidden track is a piece of music that was deliberately recorded on a CD, audio cassette, or any other means of recording, in such a way that it is untraceable by the occasional listener. It can be excluded from the track listing or hidden through more elaborated methods. In more exceptional cases, it can be simply a re-mastering error in the production of a record." About "Super Gorila": " 'We are sad, that is normal. We are always sad'. There are stories that are not told anymore. There are things that are wrong. Unspoken words. There are no reasons, no light at the end of the tunnel, an enemy or guilty one. Everything happens, simultaneously. And it is hard to be quiet and also to talk and remain silent. Not very often we can tell when everything started as well as when it ended or when they get together and split up. We search through time we make a rewind to find the missing link. But the memory is week. And the will is poor. A man invades a theatre room with a pack of explosives in a briefcase and says that he will activate the explosives. As he prepares the bomb and sets the wires, he justifies his action, remembers and threatens, mixing, without any final marks, an intimate tragedy with a political Project." About "Copyright": Shall we project. "A show with a future. I crossed the dance hall and asked: 'Would you like to tango?' And in that majestic silence that announces the start up of the orchestra, we tangoed right away, in our minds. Awesome epiphany. Since then we collect our ideas literally. That is, we understand each other. From start to finish. From here to there, it was a step towards the first questions: when will we keep doing it? When will we have spare time? Where will we start? Will life be enough? Answers: because we want to swindle the destiny, which is so certain, of having ideas for shows that may never come to life, at least beyond the sharing of thoughts with our close ones, considering that, without need for a justification, that gesture may also enable those shows to emerge. What is a show? Well... At the same time that we feel tired of sheltering a secret from every other people from our circle of friends, either by matters of trust, non identification with, matters of an eventual misunderstanding, impure paranoia, either, either, either! Out of this sociological sample the unknown ones remain set aside. This Project looks into the future. But it is not esotericist. It is the result of an alchemy, without appealing to darker experiences, of two people that like to dance with each other. A duo that, if their lives took a different direction, could hang out in different ball rooms spinning about themselves, smiling at the walls, mirrors or at people sat for a rest. Who knows even in a competition, if their legs, skills and ambition would allow that event, it is not our situation. Maybe one day we will have tango lessons. In Buenos Aires of course. Maybe one day... While we stop and go we think about going and prepare ourselves for what will happen." (Less)
