Amaranthe - Amaranthine Amaranthe is een Power Metal band die afkomstig (More) Amaranthe is een Power Metal band die afkomstig is van Zweden en Denemarken . Gevormd door Jake E (Dreamland, Dream Evil ) en Olof Morck ( Dragonland , Nightrage ), het project begon vorm te krijgen toen zangers Elize Ryd (Boottocht: Kamelot ) en Andreas Solvestrom ( Cipher System , Within Y), ondertekend op, net als drummer Morten Lwe Srensen (The Cleansing, Koldborn, Mercenary ). Johan Andreassen ( Engel ) toegetreden na de fotoshoot voor laat alles achter , maar vr de opname van Amaranthe .
In mei 2009 werd de band gedwongen om hun naam te veranderen van Avalanche als gevolg van juridische kwesties. Later hun eerste demo uitgebracht, laat alles achter .
De band's debuut album, Amaranthe , in kaart gebracht in Zweden en Finland.
Op 13 augustus 2012, kondigde de band aan dat ze de studio in op 24 september aan het nieuwe album dat moet worden uitgebracht in begin 2013 op te nemen (Less)
Amaranthe ~ Amaranthine Amaranthe is a power metal/melodic death metal (More) Amaranthe is a power metal/melodic death metal band that originates from Sweden and Denmark. Formed by Jake E (Dreamland, Dream Evil) and Olof Mrck (Dragonland, Nightrage), the project began taking shape when singers Elize Ryd (Toured: Kamelot) and Andreas Solvestrom (Cipher System, Within Y), signed on, as did drummer Morten Lwe Srensen (The Cleansing, Koldborn, Mercenary). Johan Andreassen (Engel) joined after the photoshoot for Leave Everything Behind but before the recording of Amaranthe.
In May 2009, the band was forced to change their name from Avalanche due to legal issues. They later released their first demo, Leave Everything Behind.
The band's debut album, Amaranthe, charted in Sweden and Finland.[
On August 13, 2012 band annouced that they will enter the studio in September 24th to record the new album which should be released in early 2013. (Less)
