This is a turorial for changing your skin, if you have a cracked version of Minecraft,
Just follow the intstructions on the video, of here below.
Step 1: Go to: http://adf.ly/APefV

Step 3: Place it on your Destkop.
Step 4: Change name to: " char "
Step 5: Search in windows for: %appdata% and hit " Roaming "
Step 6: Open .minecraft and go to "bin"
Step 7: Open the minecraft Java file with WINRAR
Step 8: Go to '' Mob ''
Step 9: Copy and Paste the char on your destkop in the folder you openend, and replace it. BE SURE TO HIT '' OK '' INSTEAD OF CANCEL WHAT I DID, BECAUSE I ALRAEDY REPLACED A SKIN.
Step 10: It Should word now
