As for Ayu, well, that had definitely gotten... interesting. She has rebounded surprisingly quickly from the fight with the undead woman. Although, I should have never mentioned Kangetsu to her. She took my words to heart and now... she wants to join our team for the "games."
Hindsight is always 20/20, huh?
Either way, after the rain had stopped and we dealt with her other problem, we parted ways. Since then, she seems to pop up on almost a daily basis, bumping into either myself or 2k-tan while we're out and about. It's hard to be mad at the girl, though. Doesn't keep the situation from being annoying, though.
As for her other problem? Apparently she accidentally stole some taiyaki from a street vendor. The man had scared her and she had fled without paying for the treats. We brought her back to the vendor, who was just finishing his packing up for the night, and rectified the problem. Now she's started clinging to us like metal shavings to a magnet.
Moving to other matters, I found out something interesting. Homer Simpson, a fellow MUGEN fighter and... a bit of a dueling partner for us, told me of another fighter that had just come to town recently. We had run across each other at the local donut shop and he mentioned how he had fought this fellow just days before.
He was some sort of traveling monk, wandering in search of a good fight. It made me think a little bit of that Ryu fellow, so I decided to check it out. After gaining the information from the rotund brawler, I thanked him and went searching for this man.

I must be a masochist.
I had taken on and beaten ihoo's Iori, and now I'm fighting his other character, one that's been stated to be even worse. And I don't doubt it.
As has been mentioned, he hits REALLY hard. That mad punching move of his really chips at the health, and he likes to open it with an elbow rush that does almost as much damage BY ITSELF. And his summoned skeleton will tear into your health if you don't block it, and still seriously chip at it if you do.
One thing that Homer had an advantage over Thin with was that he had a stun to counter Thin's talismans. I hate those things. They last long enough for him to eat a full slow buster shot, and still have enough time to close and get you with one of those flurries. Fortunately, they are blockable and tend to move rather slowly.
One perk for this oversized and overmuscled Krillin? He's completely open when he's summoning his little skull or skeletons. Perfect time to hit him with a good ranged attack. The little summoning orb itself can hurt you too, so just rushing in doesn't work quite as well. And a low hit tends to hit him AND get you at the same time. Huh.
