This is a remake of my Rush of Anime amv that I uploaded a month ago. (Check it out to see the evolution of this amv and for more info). After finishing it, I never really felt satisfied with the amv as a whole. It had it's good parts and they're were other parts that just plain sucked. After I got halfway done with the remake; I just stopped since I wanted to sync the clips to the deep dish remix of the song. So I started anew and downloaded a bunch of creditless, clean anime ops and eds. I still can't believe that I've used a hundred different animes in this mix (it felt like sixty whenever I was editing). I was syncing with the emotions that are brought out whenever someone (mostly me) listens to this song. I went with beat sync and lipsyncing here and there but the majority of the clips that made past the cutting block was b/c they just felt right with the music in the background. No underlying themes beyond that; just having some fun editing to one of my favorite songs and enjoying life to the fullest.
