Akiha Vermillion Vs. Misuzu Kamio
I play as Akiha, and combat Misuzu. I once thought about doing this match a long time ago, when I (More) I play as Akiha, and combat Misuzu. I once thought about doing this match a long time ago, when I was still fighting with GarionFeld. However, I never went to do it, because, well. People like Misuzu, and if I did a video against her, I'd make many people upset about it. I'm glad I didn't do that video now. Because I found out that not only do I like Misuzu, I LOVE HER! She's my favorite EFZ character. It's also because GarionFeld's been being pretty cool lately, and admitted that he didn't hate Melty Blood, but actually LIKES them, and simply did his bashing videos for shear amusement. Anyways, with the match itself Misuzu in her Kanna palette focuses far too much on attacking, and rarely ever defends herself. She'll use a crapload of random moves that she and Kanna possess and basically expects to win afterwards. Her attacks are VERY damaging in this palette, so even though the AI is weak, the power itself is enough for her to pose a threat. Now, as for her NORMAL palette... Holy crap! Her AI is freaking AMAZING in this mode. She guards, sets up traps in a clever fashion, recoil guards, and limits your choices very quickly. If you don't act fast enough, or if you act TOO fast, she'll basically DESTROY you badly (I've actually been perfected by her for this). I've actually seen her AI do some damage to Mai_K! Mostly, when you are high in the air, Misuzu sets up an aerial trap, so you can't approach her from the air. If she knows you'll approach from the ground, she'll set up an invisible book that launches you in the air when you trigger it. When she knows she's safe, she'll send her crow (secretly her boyfriend in crow form) after you, which will attack you even if you hit her before she's finished her animation for it. She also sets up slow moving robs of light genertaed by her wings, which can poison you if you don't guard them. This can be EXTREMELY hinder-some, because it becomes significantly harder to guard against Misuzu's damaging Dinosaur summon supers (which chip off 1/3 or more health off you), due to the damage making you flinch during guard. Occasinally, Misuzu will pull out her reversal attack where she covers her head with her arms. If you hit her while she's doing this, she'll explode, and damage you, then jump out from the ground, making it look like some magic trick. This move is specifically annoying when you're trying to get a good hit on her while she has her traps set up, because then you'll trigger a lot of her traps, and recieve craploads of damage. Misuzu is a tough opponent, and has, in my opinion, the best AI I've seen for an EFZ character. I HAD to download a new stage and song to make this battle look awesome.
