Comic-Con 2007 San Diego Interview Star Trek Star Wars P2 This also has some of Part 1 of San Diego Comic Con 2007 Friday Visit Tour + Interviews. Sorry, I (More) This also has some of Part 1 of San Diego Comic Con 2007 Friday Visit Tour + Interviews. Sorry, I never made it to any of the events, panels or shows. I interview 2 people I met at the trolley station in downtown San Diego while headed to the Comic Con on Friday's edition. Topics are Star Trek, Star Wars & Sci-Fi & Comics. In Part 1 of this movie, I mention briefly about the language problem in Star Wars. I basically put some words up on the screen instead of talking about it. This is a response to the Star Wars fan you see on the screen talking about the way people talk in Star Wars. The problem with Star Wars is that R2D2, C3PO, Chewbacca is sthat they speak a different language, however people response to them in English. This is similar to mixing languages, i.e. "Chinglish". Mixture of Chinese & English. "Spanglish", Spanglish & English. It is a half ass way to communicate. I shouldn't need to say anymore to get my point across. To fully get the details & information, please watch my other movie. This relates directly to what I am pointing out about the language problems, see it to gain insight & wisdom: Chinese, Vietnamese Cultures, Misery, Shortcomings, Part 1, 2, 3, 4. My policy on responses to these movies is: 1. I don't allow text responses at all. My reasons are crystal clear in my extensive list of quotes on e-mail, instant messenger and typing. Read below. Fundamentally, I believe e-mail is substandard and ineffective communication. 2. To respond, make a movie and send it to me as a video response, I will post all of them, regardless if you have something negative or positive to say about my movies. More on the sophisticated, complicated person you see here is at MySpace, link is: myspace.com/cerebral01 3. I don't do e-mail, instant messenger, typing for debates or discussions, and their are very good reasons why. Don't send any. If you want to make your 2 cents, pick up the phone. # is on MySpace. Show effort. Keep in mind, a opinion is like a face, everyone has one. Doesn't make you right and me wrong. Vice versa. "email, instant messenger and typing inpersonalizes effective communication between people. You do not see there face, you do not know there manerisims, the sound or tone of there voice. It is substandard communication, and the anonymity of the internet and email has virtually made it impossible for old fashioned personalized effective communication." It is not the "greatest thing since sliced bread." - cerebral01 For full list of quotes on my thoughts on e-mail, instant messenger and typing, go on my main page of YouTube or MySpace. (Less)
