FREE 3D Software at developer3d.com - just 10 min to learn This is a 3d model of a group of proposed Medical Suites, this a service that we provide to (More) This is a 3d model of a group of proposed Medical Suites, this a service that we provide to compliment our amazing, fully interactive 3D software The Virtual Decorator.
The Virtual Decorator Sofware is based on the Viewbuild Software Engine developed by Viewbuild Pty Ltd.
In June 2007 the ViewBuild business was restructured with the then Chief Executive and ex Co-Owner of ViewBuild Pty Ltd Shane Wallace starting out with a fresh new business vision to create a 3D visualisation solution that actually lived up to the promise that consumers could learn to use it without weeks of training, it also needed to be affordable enough for the consumer market, and just as importantly to create a business model that was able to scale commercially around the world.
What you are about to see is an introduction to that result, the Virtual Decorator contains over 300 room and area templates and thousands of new objects and material libraries, for a modest fee the team at Developer3D can create custom room templates, or a 3d model of your actual house to use as a template in the Virtual Decorator Software, licensing and branding is also available.
The basic version of the sofwtare is free to download from www.developer3d.com. If you like what you see we are currently seeking expressions of interest from distributers and business partners around the world.

The Games Factory - MehPong Planetarion - Tribute Trailer Seeing as my WoW account is suspended thanks to being hacked by a keylogger, I've had a lot of (More) Seeing as my WoW account is suspended thanks to being hacked by a keylogger, I've had a lot of spare time to work on other projects in an attempt to relieve myself of boredom. Having reformatted my PC, I came across a game I had created years ago whilst going through my backup files...
It's the first ever project I actually had the patience to stick with and fully complete, using the lovely "GamesFactory" toolkit - I've been working on games, mods, maps and programs for years, but I never honestly stuck with any project beyond 50% so this is very special to me. I decided to honor it with a trailer / special movie of it's own as my 100th YouTube movie submission. People may or may not like it, but to be perfectly honest I don't give a damn what others may think as this is "my" game, which I made for the sake of saying I finished something, for myself, not others - The good side of that is, it's free and available to download if people "DO" like it (And it's smaller in size than this actual movie file) so feel free to give it a try if you like retro breakout games or clones.
Anyone who uses the GamesFactory will tell you that the first thing people make when starting out is generally a Breakout clone, as they are simple to forge and can be a good learning curve to start with - However I wasn't ready to just make any old breakout clone and then dump that genre for greener pastures, no sir...
The day of it's release it was hailed as a complex, colorful, well presented little game with a solid structure and decent gameplay... However, people often had the same single complaint - The game was WAY TOO F*CKING HARD!
I play it often, to pass the time when waiting for movies or projects to compile - The fact that I'm it's creator doesn't help - This game can destroy me within seconds, but thats what I wanted.
On top of being devilishly tough, I worked ultimately hard to ensure that no matter how many times you play it, you can re-hash it to make it seem different every time - This is apparant in the configuration, giving the Breakout clone a heavily stat based feature where you can assign your bat & ball with a multitude of abilities within a certain 'stat point' cap - There's literally a hundred ways for you to mess with these features and none of them are fool-proof against the varied nasty levels, which can be played at 6 different difficulty settings, all of which have a profound effect on both the level and your Bat&Ball.
All the while, I managed to figure out how to get statistics to log allowing for a scoreboard & ranking system to tally up your progress after every level, which is nice.
All in all, for a simple Breakout Clone, it's pretty neat - If you like tough retro games, that is.
Feel free to check it out and comment - The file (and soon, this trailer movie in full quality) will be available at: http://hosted.filefront.com/RopeDrink
You can download the game (Scroll down and select the "MehPongPlanetarion.RAR" file, or click: http://files.filefront.com/MehPongPlanetarionrar/;9492468;/fileinfo.html
You can also find music from the titles soundtrack (ie. the non-midi music, I made it all myself using EJAY, half of them are already uploaded to YouTube, too).
Infact everything in the game was made by me, the backgrounds (Terragen & Photoshop), the sprites (Photoshop), title themes, all the mathmatical equations and sums that make up this little package with exception to a handful of TGF Midi Files, SFX and sprites from the package.
Hope at least one person out there likes this project, and thanks to anyone who tries it out, or rates this movie high. (Less)
