Chris Carrier, one of the heroes of the French house scene, has been beguiling dancefloors for over a decade with his cosmic house grooves and genre-bending infusions of disco, jazz, funk and soul delivered on labels such as Robsoul, Catwash and own imprints Adult Only and Sound Carrier. Rolling on a huge and grooving rhythm kit, his interpretation of Bizaz is into the deep and dark side of the originals new sheen, resulting in an hypnotic but bouncing tune, rushing with carnal energy.
Jay Haze is that kind of artist who, whether working in the studio or behind the decks in the club, is a pro at getting people to react. His La Herra Dub is a sweet and sexy vision of the original version, handing out a deep and groovy journey, layered with this pop feeling that reflects Mr. Hazes love for stepping outside dance music realm.
