Crime Stoppers did receive information that led to further investigation as a resuult of the plea, however the teens remain missing without a trace. Their families continue to worry daily about the three youth, and their cases remain open and are actively being investigated by the Toronto Police Service. Efforts are being made to have the plea for tips in this missing teens case uploaded to the 'DontYouForgetAboutMe' YouTube account recently launched by the International Centre For Missing and Exploited Children. In this video, the Toronto Police Service Youth in Policing students from Crime Stoppers and the Community Mobilization Unit designed a sign to post beside the Eve HO Likeness statue at the Canadian National Exhibition Grounds. It was placed at the site Friday August 17, 2007, one year after Eve HO, Kevin LIM and Jackie LI were last seen at their homes in Toronto. A plea for tips in the case is continuing. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the three missing teens are urged to contact Crime Stoppers anonymously by phone in Toronto 416-222-8477 (TIPS), nationally in Canada at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Online anonymous tips can be sent from around the world through the website www.222tips.com. Crime Stoppers does not subscribe to call display and do not trace IP addresses. (Less)
