What can I even say about this?!? The Priest is the greatest heavy metal band in history, bar none. KK Downing and Glenn Tipton did their usual phenomenal twin guitar attack, every lick and note sounding precise, clean and bright. Rob Halford is the best metal singer ever. The band busted out some truly rare tunes tonight that even Id never seen performed live. The crowd went berserk the entire time they were onstage, proving there is still plenty of energy and power left in this very unique band.
This was recorded at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA, on Sunday, August 31, 2008. This was the final night of the Metal Masters tour with Heaven & Hell, Motorhead, and Testament.
