Re: Tickets For Life Contest Video THUNDER KISS 65 "Live"
Thunder Kiss '65" is the first and only official single (More) THUNDER KISS 65 "Live"
Thunder Kiss '65" is the first and only official single off the album La Sexorcisto: Devil Music, Vol. 1 by White Zombie. The song can also be found on Rob Zombie's Past, Present & Future and the greatest hits album The Best of Rob Zombie. The audio sample "I never try anything I just do it. Wanna try me?" is taken from the 1965 movie Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!. Extreme Championship Wrestling used the song as theme music for their synidicated show in the 1990s and also as entrance music for one of their most popular tag teams, The Pit Bulls. The popularity of the single resulted in White Zombie's first Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance in 1993. The song later appeared in the horror film Bride of Chucky in 1998 and then again in the action film Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle in 2003.
The song has been covered by popular acts such as Godsmack during a live performance and Fear Factory in a medley of cover songs. Also, Thunder Kiss '65 was recorded by Catch 22 for the White Zombie tribute album Super-Charger Hell in 2000. The 2005 video game Guitar Hero for the Playstation 2 features a cover of the song as well.
The support MTV provided by playing the Thunder Kiss '65 has been played during the MTV animated series Beavis and Butthead on the episode "Yogurt's Cool". The video features the band playing the song out somewhere in a desert with Go-Go Dancers and "monsters".
